Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with AG Communications Limited, trading as "Mr Rex", when you access and use the Mr Rex version of the online gambling services provided via mrreks.com (the "Website"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AG Communications Limited for all real-money and bonus play on the Website. By registering an account, logging in or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. Effective date: 6 November 2025.

AG Communications Limited is a limited company incorporated in Malta with registered address at 135 High Street, Sliema, SLM 1548, Malta, licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 39483 for the provision of remote Casino and Real Event Betting services to eligible players in Great Britain and, where legally permitted, Northern Ireland.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply whether used in the singular or plural and whether capitalised or not, unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

  • Operator: AG Communications Limited, a limited company registered in Malta, operating the Mr Rex brand for the Mr Rex site version via mrreks.com, and licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 39483.
  • Website: The online gambling platform available at mrreks.com, including all pages, subdomains, mobile sites and applications operated by the Operator under the Mr Rex brand for Mr Rex.
  • Account or Player Account: A personal account opened and maintained by a User on the Website for the purpose of accessing the gambling services, holding funds, placing bets and receiving winnings.
  • User or Player or you: Any natural person who successfully registers and maintains an Account on the Website and uses the gambling services in accordance with these Terms.

  • Bet or Wager: Any sum of money staked by a Player on the outcome of a game, event or combination of events offered through the Services, including stakes made using bonus funds where applicable.
  • Stake: The monetary amount (cash or, where permitted, bonus funds) that you risk on a single Bet or spin/round.
  • Bonus: Any promotional benefit, including but not limited to deposit bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback, tournament prizes, or other incentives credited to your Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
  • Bonus Funds: Any non-withdrawable balance credited to your Account as part of a Bonus or promotion, which may be used for placing Bets subject to wagering requirements and other conditions.
  • Real Money Balance: The portion of your Account balance consisting of funds you have deposited and any winnings derived from those funds or from completed wagering of Bonus Funds that have converted to cash and are not subject to further wagering requirements.
  • Wagering Requirements: The minimum amount you must stake using Bonus Funds (or associated deposit funds) before Bonus Funds and any related winnings become withdrawable as Real Money Balance.
  • Game Rules: The specific rules, instructions, paytables and odds applicable to each individual game or betting market, as displayed on the Website and/or within the game client.
  • Self-Exclusion: A responsible gambling measure that allows you to request that your access to the Services be blocked for a specified minimum period in accordance with UK regulatory requirements.
  • Business Day: A day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England when banks in London are open for business.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Age requirement: You may only open and use an Account if you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble under the laws of the jurisdiction where you are physically located. We will refuse, suspend or close any Account where we reasonably believe the player is under 18 or was under 18 at the time of any gambling activity.
  • Location: The Mr Rex Services on mrreks.com are intended for Players located in Great Britain and, where expressly permitted, Northern Ireland. You must not use the Services from any jurisdiction where remote gambling with us is unlawful.

  • Timing of verification: We may restrict deposits, bets and withdrawals until our verification checks are completed. If we cannot verify your details within a reasonable time, we may suspend or close your Account and, where required by law or regulation, return any Real Money Balance, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations.

Registration Process

  • Account creation: To register, you must complete the online registration form on the Website, providing requested information including (without limitation) your full name, date of birth, current address, email address, phone number and a secure password.
  • Email and contact confirmation: We may require you to verify your email address and/or phone number by following the instructions sent to you. We may also contact you using these details for important service and regulatory notices relating to your Mr Rex Account.
  • Single account policy: You may hold only one Mr Rex Account with the Operator for use on mrreks.com. Multiple accounts, including using different identities, emails or payment methods for the same individual, are prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of Bonuses and, where permitted by law, winnings derived from Bonus abuse.

Player Obligations and Account Security

  • Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all information you provide to us is true, complete and accurate, and that you keep it up to date. You must promptly notify us of any changes to your details via the "My Account" section or by contacting customer support.
  • Password and access security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username, password and any security questions) confidential and secure. You must not share your Account with any third party or allow any other person to place Bets on your behalf. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your Account unless we have failed to apply reasonable security measures.
  • Unauthorised use: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your consent, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support. We may temporarily suspend the Account while we investigate any suspected misuse.
  • Responsible gambling tools: During registration and at any time thereafter, you may set personal limits (such as deposit, loss or session limits) and access time-outs or self-exclusion features in line with UK responsible gambling requirements. Using these tools is your responsibility and forms part of safe use of the Services.
  • Anti-money laundering: You must not use your Account for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the funding of illegal activities. We may undertake additional checks and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules of Play

  • Game rules precedence: Each game or betting market is governed by its specific Game Rules as displayed on the Website and/or within the game client. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any Game Rules, the Game Rules will ordinarily prevail for that game, save where these Terms are required for legal or regulatory compliance.
  • Placing bets: A Bet is accepted only when our servers record it as such. Bets are placed by confirming your selection(s) and stake, and by clicking the relevant submission button. Once accepted, Bets cannot be cancelled or changed by you except as expressly stated in the Game Rules or under applicable law.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or market has minimum and maximum stake limits, which may vary by Player, game type or payment method. These limits are shown on the relevant game interface or bet slip. We may adjust stake limits at our discretion to comply with regulatory requirements or risk management policies.
  • Game outcomes and fairness: Results for virtual casino games are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or, for live casino, by the physical event (such as a live roulette spin or card draw) in accordance with the Game Rules. We use systems and controls designed to ensure fairness and compliance with UK technical standards.

Bet Acceptance, Errors and Cancellations

  • Acceptance by the Operator: A Bet is deemed accepted when it appears in your betting history on the Website. In case of dispute related to the acceptance or outcome of a Bet, our transaction logs and records shall be the primary evidence of the transaction.
  • Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at odds, prices, paytables or conditions that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error (an "obvious error"), we reserve the right, subject to UK law and regulator guidance, to void the Bet or settle it at the correct terms that should have applied at the time the Bet was placed.
  • Interrupted games: If your connection to the Website is interrupted during a game, the outcome will be determined based on the game records on our servers. In most cases, the game round will be completed on the server and any winnings credited accordingly when you next log in. If the game cannot be safely resolved, we may void the Bet and return the stake to your Real Money Balance.
  • Void bets: We may declare a Bet void where necessary to comply with law or regulation, or where a game has malfunctioned, a match or event has been cancelled, or other circumstances described in the relevant Game Rules occur. For void Bets, the relevant stake is ordinarily returned to your Real Money Balance.

Conduct, Collusion and Chat Rules

  • Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in cheating, collusion, use of automated software (bots), unfair advantage play, account sharing, chargebacks, arbitrage abuses or any form of fraudulent or dishonest activity. We may suspend or close your Account and withhold funds where permitted by law if we reasonably suspect such activity.
  • Live casino and chat conduct: In live casino games and any in-game or site-wide chat functionality, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff and other players. You must not post or transmit offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, racist, discriminatory, threatening or harassing content, or any advertising, spam or political messages.
  • Use of information: You must not use any inside information, confidential data or any information obtained through a breach of law or duty when placing Bets. Any Bet placed in breach of this obligation may be voided, and we may report such conduct to relevant authorities.

Bonus Terms

  • Activation requirements: A Bonus may require you to opt in, use a promo code, make a qualifying deposit or place a qualifying Bet within a specified period. The activation conditions, including minimum deposit or stake, will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional description.
  • Account and jurisdiction restrictions: Bonuses are available only to eligible Mr Rex Players who meet the age, location and verification requirements. Wagering Requirements and Bonus Usage

  • Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise specified, Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must stake a specified multiple of the Bonus amount and/or deposit amount before the Bonus balance and associated winnings become part of your withdrawable Real Money Balance.
  • Contribution weighting: Different games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements (for example, slots may contribute 100%, while certain table games or low-risk bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely). Prohibited Play and Bonus Abuse

  • Irregular betting patterns: Certain betting strategies are prohibited when using Bonuses, including but not limited to: placing large bets that represent a high proportion of your Bonus balance, then switching to low-risk bets; hedging Bets to cover various outcomes; or any pattern designed to artificially progress wagering requirements with minimal risk.
  • Game restrictions: Some games or game types may be excluded from Bonus play or may contribute 0% towards wagering requirements. Attempting to complete wagering by playing excluded games may result in the Bonus and related winnings being removed.
  • Multiple account and group play abuse: You must not claim a Bonus or promotion more than once where the terms limit it to a single claim, nor coordinate with other players to exploit promotions. Where we reasonably suspect Bonus abuse, we may remove Bonuses, cancel associated winnings and, where permitted by law, close or restrict your Account.

Combination of Promotions and Bonus Changes

  • Combining offers: Unless expressly allowed in the specific promotional terms, Bonuses and promotions cannot be used in combination. Only one active Bonus or promotion may apply to your Account at any given time, and participation in one offer may preclude participation in another overlapping offer.
  • Withdrawal requests: Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements of an active Bonus may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings. We will clearly indicate, prior to withdrawal, where an active Bonus is at risk of being removed.
  • Modification and cancellation: We may modify, suspend or withdraw promotions to comply with law, regulation, or regulator guidance, or for reasons of fraud prevention or system integrity. Any such changes will not affect rights already accrued, and any material change will be communicated in accordance with regulatory standards.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Player Funds Protection

  • Deposit options: You may deposit into your Mr Rex Account using one or more of the payment methods displayed in the cashier section of mrreks.com, which may include debit cards, bank transfers, and selected e-wallets or other financial instruments approved for UK players. Refunds, Chargebacks and Balance Handling

  • Refunds of deposits and bets: Gambling transactions are deemed final once confirmed. We are not obliged to provide refunds where Bets have already been determined.

  • Dormant and inactive accounts: If your Mr Rex Account is inactive for a prolonged period, we may treat it as dormant in accordance with our dormant account policy. Where permitted by law, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee or eventually close the Account and attempt to return any remaining Real Money Balance to you.
  • Currency: Your Account will operate in the currency specified at registration (or as subsequently agreed). Currency exchange, where offered, will be processed at the prevailing rates used by our payment processors. You are responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

Limitation of Liability

Our Obligations and Service Availability

  • Reasonable care and skill: We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill, and in accordance with applicable UK laws, the conditions of our Gambling Commission licence, and these Terms. We implement technical and organisational measures intended to ensure fair games and secure transactions.
  • Service interruptions: While we aim to keep the Website and Services available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.   • Maximum liability: Subject to the paragraph below, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with a particular Bet, game or transaction shall not exceed the higher of: (i) the amount of the relevant stake placed by you; and (ii) the amount of winnings (if any) to which you were entitled in respect of that Bet, in each case subject to applicable law.
  • Non-excludable liabilities: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership and Permitted Use

  • Automated access: You must not use robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers or any other automated means to access, monitor or copy any part of the Website or Services. You must not frame or deep-link to the Website without our prior written consent.

  • Acceptance of changes: By continuing to use your Mr Rex Account or the Services after the effective date of any updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may close your Account in accordance with the "Termination & Suspension" section.

Termination & Suspension

Closure and Suspension by the Player

  • Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Mr Rex Account at any time by using the tools provided on the Website or by contacting customer support. Before closure, you should withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance, subject to completion of any necessary verification checks.
  • Time-outs and self-exclusion: If you wish to take a short break from gambling, you may use the time-out features. If you wish to stop gambling for a longer period, you may request self-exclusion in accordance with our responsible gambling policies and UK regulations. Self-exclusion may also be implemented via relevant multi-operator schemes, where applicable.

Closure and Suspension by the Operator

  • Grounds for suspension or closure: We may suspend or close your Account, and where appropriate restrict or withhold funds, where we reasonably suspect or identify: violation of these Terms; underage gambling; fraud, collusion or cheating; money laundering or terrorist financing; chargebacks or payment irregularities; abusive behaviour towards staff or other players; self-exclusion or problem gambling indicators; or where required by law, regulation or our licence conditions.
  • Regulatory obligations: We may suspend or close Accounts to comply with instructions from regulators, law enforcement or other competent authorities, or where necessary to comply with anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing or social responsibility obligations.
  • Notification and communication: Where lawful and reasonably practicable, we will inform you of the reasons for suspension or closure and of any steps you may take to seek reinstatement or to recover any remaining Real Money Balance, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Treatment of funds: Upon closure of your Account by us (other than for fraud, money laundering or serious breach of these Terms), we will, subject to any applicable verification checks, return any remaining Real Money Balance to you using an appropriate payment method. Bonuses and Bonus Funds are non-refundable and will lapse on closure, unless we are required by law or regulator direction to act otherwise.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing law: These Terms, your Mr Rex Account and your use of the Services via mrreks.com are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside.
